ဟိုေရွးယခင္၊ ပ်ိဳနုစဥ္၌
သန္႕စင္မ်က္လုံး၊ ငါ့မ်က္ခုံးႏွင့္
ေကာ့ျပဳံးမ်က္ေတာင္၊ ငါ့မ်က္ေမွာင္သည္
ေတာက္ေရာင္ဝင္းပ၊ ႐ႈတိုင္းလွခက္
ငိုကပုလဲ၊ ရြဲသို႕ရယ္စဥ္
ျပဳံးလွ်င္တင့္တယ္၊ လွမ်ိဳးႂကြယ္လွ်က္
ပြဲလယ္ႏိႈင္းတု၊ ကင္းသူတည္း။ ။
ယခုအခါ၊ မ်က္ခုံးမ်က္ေတာင္
ထိုမ်က္ေမွာင္တို့၊ အေရာင္လည္းမြဲ
ညွီနံ႕စြဲလွ်က္၊ စြဲမက္ဖြယ္ရာ
မရွိပါတည္း၊ ခႏၵာအလွ
ရွာမရျပီ၊ ဘဝမ်က္လွည့္ပါတကား။ ။
