The contact of Buddhist Psychotherapy

Under the contact of Buddhist Psychotherapy, It is a process but not something called mind as the unique considered in Buddhism. But human have six faculties but mind and skin as the separated with body. Hence, you cannot identify your mind (Citta) and matter (Rupa) interrelated. You can consider cause and effect when you can sleep the mental problem according to Buddhism. It said that Buddhist method of sleeping illnesses base on the defilements.

In Abhidhamma you can find Aśava or Kileśa. But people are intoxicated by Āśava. Somehow, Kileśa or Āśava depended on Lobha, Macchariya, Raga, Pema and Abhijjhā. Dośa based on Vyāpāda and Moha to Avijjā. Actually, knowing of mental diseases and treating, the foundation is very important. You inherited by all kinds of thing but understanding these mental develop in the personality. There are two kinds of human mind therefore Anunāya and Paṭigha.

Hence, you inherited in your mentality for the survival of life but without (Anunaya and Patigha). But you cannot live safety your life in order to precept. There should take some food when you like as soon as you don’t like it. If some food is healthful for your survival, you like it. If some food is against for your survival, you don’t like. Therefore, likes and dislikes are compulsory. Without Anunaya and Patigha you cannot live.

Even the Buddha and Ārahants had also likes and dislikes. For example, someone offer the particular food. He should be offered but the Buddha did not accept. Therefore, likes and dislikes are common to all. It is important for the survival of life but not harmful.

For example, if you take some food, you take it for the capacity of the body but not take too much. Otherwise, if we fall asleep, you have to be limited of time but not too much. Likewise, life here if you have slightest like, you cannot be space them although you do not like because no limited them.  Therefore they are called like and dislike “Unāva hutvāna jahanti deham Na kahāpanavassena titti kāmesu” meaning “Everyone die with lower and some look scared even the rain of god. People are not satisfied also they devoted the body with some of rain coat insight but no limited in life”.

Likewise, these mentalities increase as to different level. One is difference that means Anunāya (like) become Lobha (greed) in the mentality. Lobha, Dosa, Moha, Patigha or Anunāya explains as Karma but not Karma. Nevertheless, Anunāya, Paṭigha, Lobha and Dosa are mental. At the first level, you are inherited by that is the developed form. At the second level you developed Lobha and Dosa. Secondly, when you treat mental illnesses, you should identify these levels. This is more than developed because no limitation.

In the third, it becomes Abhijjhā (Abhijjhā paccekaṁ vyāpādaṁ). If you remember “Pānadātha paratabbaṁ paradāraṅca khāyado” as the bodly Karma “Musābedaṁ pharusa samaphalapa vācako” as verbal Karma “Abhijjāceva vyāpado micchāḍiṭṭhica hoti” these are as mental Karma. Now, you are acting in the society. These are very dangerous (Abhijjhā and Vyāpāda). These are insight. These are the survival but also dangerous when it can make killing other. Therefore, these developed two things called Abhijjhā and Vyāpāda “A person who never give anything and a person who offer everything but don’t expect anything in return because of giving freely. Those who never give will be sorrowful”. These are taking as Karma in the society and motivated by them called contact of Buddhist psychotherapy.
